Serving Durango and the Four Corners

Credentialing support for providers who need it done correctly—and kept current.

we provide administrative support for medical credentialing, payer enrollment, and ongoing maintenance for healthcare providers and small practices in Colorado. We help providers navigate Medicare, Colorado Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements so enrollment issues don’t interrupt care or revenue. We focus on providing quality service and proactive communication to keep you active.

What We Do

We provide structured, maintenance-first credentialing support, including:

  • Medicare enrollment, reassignment, and revalidation
  • Colorado Medicaid (Health First Colorado) enrollment and updates
  • Commercial payer credentialing and enrollment
  • CAQH Provider and Member Data Portals setup and maintenance
  • Ongoing monitoring of revalidations, attestations, and required updates

Our role is administrative and operational.

All credentialing and participation decisions are made by the payers.

Who We Work With

We work primarily with solo providers and small practices, including:

  • Physicians (MD/DO)
  • Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Behavioral health providers (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psych NPs)
  • Independent and rural practices in SW Colorado

We are a good fit for providers who rely on insurance participation and want credentialing handled accurately and proactively.

Our Approach

Maintenance-first

Most credentialing problems happen after enrollment: missed attestations, revalidations, or unreported changes. We design workflows to prevent those issues.

Scoped and accurate

We do not offer billing, claims management, or contract negotiation. This separation protects compliance and clarity of responsibility.

Regionally grounded

We focus on Colorado payers and the realities of rural and small-practice enrollment.
